The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed 38-year old center Nazr Mohammed for the remainder of the 2015-16 season. Mohammed has not played this year. He played in 23 games (0 starts) for the Bulls last year and he averaged 5.6 minutes, 1.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.1 assists per game. He has now played in 1,000 games (354 starts) in his first 17 years in the NBA and he is averaging 15.9 minutes, 5.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. Muhammad has now played in 83 games (30 starts) in the playoffs so far in his career and he is averaging 13.7 minutes, 4.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. It never hurts to bring a veteran like Mohammed in for the stretch run!
