The Oklahoma City Thunder have lost 22-year old point guard Cameron Payne indefinitely after he broke his right foot in training camp. Payne had just had surgery on that same foot last July. Payne played in 57 games (1 start) for the Thunder last year and he averaged 12.2 minutes, 5.0 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. Payne also played in 10 games (0 starts) in the playoffs last year as a rookie for the Thunder and he averaged 6.4 minutes, 1.8 points, 0.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game. This is a big blow to the Thunder, as Payne was going to be Russell Westbrook‘s caddy in 2016-17!
